What premises does CQD clean?
CQD cleans commercial premises including offices and business parks, schools and nurseries, medical and clinical spaces, retail and showrooms, warehouses and industrial sites, and hospitality premises. CQD does not undertake domestic work.
What are the monthly subscription packages?
Bronze is £880 per month ex VAT, Silver is £1,280 per month ex VAT, and Gold is £1,680 per month ex VAT. The final specification is confirmed after the private site assessment. Each subscription includes an initial deep clean at commencement.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. CQD works on flexible monthly subscriptions with 30 days’ notice either way. CQD does not offer ad hoc, standalone one-off or post-incident cleaning.
Will we have the same cleaning team?
Yes. CQD assigns a dedicated two-person team to learn your building and its agreed specification, supported by DBS checks, reference verification, supervisor oversight and cover teams when needed.
When does CQD operate?
Cleaning can be scheduled 7 days a week, 24 hours a day around the operating pattern of your commercial premises. The office enquiry line is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
How quickly can CQD mobilise?
After the specification is agreed, mobilisation and the start of daily cleaning typically happen within 5–7 working days. The initial deep clean is part of subscription commencement.
Which areas does CQD cover?
CQD serves 28 locations across South East England. Verified named areas include High Wycombe, Slough, Maidenhead, Reading, Bracknell, Windsor, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Beaconsfield, Watford, Oxford, Northampton and surrounding areas.
What standards and accreditations support the service?
CQD works to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, is a BICSc member and CHAS accredited, and uses DBS-checked teams. The four-zone colour protocol helps keep work safe and repeatable.
How does the private site assessment work?
Tell CQD what kind of commercial premises you manage, where it is and what the current service needs to do better. CQD reviews the building and its operating reality, then prepares a clear cleaning specification and monthly subscription recommendation.
